  • If you have logos and/or photos to upload, click on the help logo which will lead you through the process........its easy!! Try to keep the photo size below 2mb.
  • Have your billing information at hand.  Paypal allows you to pay by either direct debit or credit card in a safe confidential environment.
  • Once you have completed all the information select a template & hit save. Your webpage will be on the internet in minutes.
  • An email will confirm your conditional membership along with passwords to get you start, while we conduct background checks.
  • In the next week you will also receive an information pack with logos, stickers and an introduction for getting the most out of your subscription .

Contract Terms

THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT is made between:Tradesmen You Can Trust Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 71 073 782 617) (hereinafter called "TYCT") trading as TRADESMEN YOU CAN TRUST with registered office at 122 Darling Street DUBBO New South Wales

AND the party or corporation as named within the registration details of this website

BACKGROUND:

  1. Tradesmen You Can Trust owns its registered Trade Mark 754668
  2. TYCT conduct the business of a marketing & internet bureau (hereinafter called TYCT) for tradesmen (which term includes tradeswomen)
  3. Tradesmen may become members of TYCT and use the service offered as set out;
  4. The Tradesman wishes to become a member of TYCT
  5. TYCT accepts the Tradesman as a member subject to the conditions of membership recorded in this Agreement, which will be strictly observed by TYCT and the Tradesman as a member.

TYCT Responsibilities

  1. TYCT shall –
  1. Use all reasonable endeavours to promote and advertise the Tradesmen You Can Trust brand;
  2. Permit the Tradesman to use and display the TYCT Trade Mark 754668 and logo on all promotional and marketing material;
  3. Create & maintain a webpage & email address for the member;
  4. Provide & make available a range of E-books through the TYCT website, to use in conjunction with their membership;

Tradesman’s Responsibilities

  1. The Tradesman shall –
  1. Pay the Membership Fee as selected within the website;
  2. Yearly discounted membership will automatically revert to monthly payment at the end of the first 12 months unless another 12 month discounted offer is accepted;
  3. Prominently display the TYCT logo and promotional material;
  4. Contact customers at the first opportunity;
  5. At all times maintain high service standards and ethics as part of the TYCT ideal and in particular :-
    1. Represent TYCT and other members of TYCT favourably;
    2. Return customer calls promptly within 24 hours;
    3. Be reliable and carry out any promises made to customers;
    4. Keep customers informed about hold ups, delays or inability to attend as promised;
    5. Charge fair and reasonable fees;
    6. Carry out all work in a proper and tradesman-like manner and in accordance with any standards required by law for same;
    7. Rectify any bad workmanship and/or errors willingly.
  1. Maintain all licences, permits, certificates and qualifications required by law for the Tradesman to carry out his trade in the location where each job is performed;
  2. Maintain all insurances necessary to carry out his trade in the location where each job is performed and specifically Public Liability Insurance;

Resignation or Termination of Membership

  1. In regard to resignation or termination of membership :–
  1. The Tradesman shall be at liberty to resign his or her initial six (6) months Membership after four months by giving sixty (60) days clear written notice to TYCT to that effect (but no pro rata refund of membership fees paid in advance shall be made).
  2. If the Tradesman resigns, membership shall terminate on the last day of the second clear month after the resignation is received i.e if resignation is received on February 25 membership terminates on May 31.
  3. If the Tradesman elects to use the TYCT trade mark in advertising in the Yellow Pages or other periodicals, membership must be maintained for the life of the advertising.
  4. TYCT may terminate the membership of the Tradesman provided TYCT gives seven (7) days written notice to the Tradesman of termination.
  5. Failure to maintain membership payments will result in website & ancillary service between suspended or withdrawn.
  1. In the event of resignation or termination of membership the Tradesman shall :–
  1. Cease using all TYCT logos, promotional materials and any other references or advertising that may imply that the Tradesman is still a member of Tradesmen You Can Trust;
  2. Unless directed otherwise by TYCT, complete all unfinished jobs that have been referred to him by TYCT.
  3. Compensate TYCT for the use of its name of trade mark used on any active advertising or promotion until such time as said active advertising and/or promotion ceases, with compensation set at the rate of 50 per cent of the current monthly membership fee.

Tradesman Remains Liable for Work

  1. It is expressly agreed between TYCT and the Tradesman that the Tradesman shall be and remain liable to the customer for all work carried out by the Tradesman and shall indemnify and keep indemnified TYCT in regard to any customer claims, complaints and recovery actions of any kind and this liability and indemnity shall remain in full force despite the fact that the Tradesman is no longer a member of TYCT.

    Changes in Fees and/or Membership Conditions

  2. The Monthly Membership Fee shall be increased by CPI after 12 months membership and then on an annual basis although TYCT reserves the right to alter membership conditions and/or membership fees at any other times by giving 30 days written notice to the Tradesman.

    First Month Membership Conditional

  3. Membership for the first month of membership shall be conditional upon TYCT,  if it so desires, confirming the reputation and credit worthiness of the member and the member hereby authorises –
  1. TYCT to make such inquiries and obtain such references as may be necessary in this regard; and
  2. All persons, firms and corporations to supply TYCT with such information and references (and the member agrees production of this membership Agreement to such persons, firms or corporations shall be sufficient authority in this regard).
  3. Should TYCT be unable to confirm the reputation and credit worthiness of the member, then TYCT may terminate membership within its first month by giving twenty four (24) hours notice to the Tradesman and this right of termination is in addition to the rights of termination in Clause 6 of the Membership Agreement.

Ownership of Trade Mark and Intellectual Property

  1. The tradesman acknowledges that he/she has no ownership rights of the said Trade Mark 754668.
  2. The Tradesman shall during the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years after the termination of the Agreement at all times keep confidential the business of TYCT including, but not limited to, membership fees, business and marketing plans, intellectual property and customer information.

Code of Conduct

Members will:

  • 1) Discuss with you your individual needs, requirements and specifications and provide any necessary advice.
  • 2) Start work at the agreed time or in the case of any unavoidable delays, shall inform you as soon as possible and reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.
  • 3) Advise you of any changes that need to be made to the original agreement as and when they arise and will only carry out changes upon agreement by you.
  • 4) At all times demonstrate respect and courtesy towards you and your property.
